Walking for Health starts Tuesday 1st/8th/15th/22nd/29th May ending 5th June 2012 from 1pm – 2.30pm at Dungannon Park, Moy Road Dungannon BT 7 GD 7. Walk Leader: Stephen Dallas, REACH.
The aim of the program is for participants to rediscover and enjoy their natural local outdoor envoironment, increase physical activitiy, improve general health and well-being, reduce stress & anxiety and meet new friends.

Join us on for a Unique Holistic Healing experience a very EARLY morning “Bird Song Walk” on Friday 4th May 2012 starting at 5 a.m. early morning in Peat lands Park, 33 Derryhubert Road Dungannon BT 71 6 NW. Breakfast afterwards curtsey of Cancer Choices at the Cohannon Inn.

“Care 4U” is a new program aimed at supporting people who are caring for or looking after someone living with cancer. Program starts Monday 14th/ 21st / 28th May and 11th/ 18th / 25th June 2012 from 11am – 12.30pm at Kylemore Cottage 29 Carland Road Dungannon. Places are limited so book early! FREE: Family Fun Day
Join us on Sunday 29th July 2012 between 11am and 5pm for a family fun filled day at the NI Bog Snorkelling Championships in aid of Cancer Choices in Peat lands Park 33 Derryhubert Road Dungannon BT 71 6 NW Entrance is FREE.
